Conditions of Sale
Conditions, terms, price, and policies contained herein supersede all previous price lists and are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are shipped C.O.D. for payment with order at the discretion of On The Edge Marketing unless prior credit arrangements have been made.

Possession of this price sheet does not constitute an agreement to sell nor does it automatically qualify the holder for the printed prices.


Terms
C.O.D or Prepayment is required. Any and all allowances, special terms or discounts must be made in writing.


Claims
All claims for shortage must be made within 48 HOURS of receipt of goods. Claims for damage must be made directly with the carrier.


Shipping & Freight
All product is shipped FOB Lake Forest, California. Freight paid on all orders exceeding $5,000.00. Drop Shipments are subject to a $10.00 handling charge. (NOT ALL PRODUCTS QUALIFY FOR FREE FREIGHT POLICY)


Warranty
All products are shipped free of defects, warranty does not cover abuse or breakage during installation or shipping. Please contact your On The Edge Marketing representative for Warranty information as it applies to each specific product category.


Stock Adjustments
All stocking adjustments can be no more than 5 percent of the previous year's total annual purchases.
